>There will be some that will argue that they should just toughen up and take whatever they can get.
Like the readers of this swill, they'll say that. They're half riddled with dimentia at this point.
'Hey grandpa, i can't get hire for a job,'
'Well just hire an illegal to do it for you and pay em less money, that makes you shrewd.'
>In the old days, if times were tough you could at least get a job as a delivery driver.
Back in the days of flappers and the Model T Ford.
>But now UPS is trying to rapidly shed existing workers by offering them buyouts…
What? But they're the most stable company ever! The blue chip investment od the century, i remember when I graduated highschool in 1972, they hired me no questions asked, just walked in there and they said 'hey, you're a white kid, you're hired.' Simplest thing in the world, and I don't believe people have changed much since then.
>The undertaking, called the Driver Voluntary Separation Program, is the first in UPS’ history for delivery drivers. The financial incentive available through the program is in addition to earned retirement benefits like pension and healthcare, per UPS.
It sounds so much nicer than voluntary layoffs.
>Word of the program spread on July 3, when the International Brotherhood of Teamsters union said UPS’ buyout plan was in motion. The Teamsters represent more than 300,000 UPS employees under a five-year contract reached in 2023.
Whew! They have a union. Can you imagine how mu h WORSE the labor problems would be if they DIDN'T have collective bargaining running up the cost of business, and syphoning capital out of the compqny to pay Wops and jews in New Jersey?
Thank god we have more niggers being piped in to take up the slack when we fire whites
