If you can't go to church, you can watch a mass on YouTube. And it's funny I've felt something similar when I went to a church near my home and haven't returned in two years, it was like an anxiety attack, but I remember vividly having something bad in my heart, thinking I was going to die that day whilst I was praying and I took that as a sign that I shouldn't be there and looking back, maybe that's what the devil wanted me to think.
