Wow, that was an incredibly obvious and easy pull.
The first thing I notice is that all figures that were pulled are male, and given that the tarot has mostly an even split on male and female figures, it makes it pretty obvious the pull is indeed about Komano.
Now, we got The Fool as the first card and only Major Arcana, a card that displays a young man boldly advancing towards a precipice. It's usually a positive symbol of optimism and starting a new adventure, but in the context of that question, I cannot help thinking it calls the hope of Komano being S-rank at all well, foolish. The dog in the corner once again reinforces the association.
The central card is the Knight of Pentacles, a card associated with steadfastness, resilience, and conservative tendencies. The Pentacles and color makes me thing of Physical as an element, or maybe rupture, but anyway the fact the knight is upside down is not an omen of strength.
Then we have the 7 of Pentacles, representing a man looking at his ample cultivation of polys - I mean, pentacles with slight dismay. One can only imagine it represents someone who's been saving and ends up disappointed by the results.
All of these make it pretty clear expecting Komano to be a S-rank will lead to a disappointment.
