Just started my first day of ferment with a wine kit I bought in 2019. I completely forgot I had this kit lying around. Was surprised to learn it never really goes bad (I guess it makes sense, since the juice is pasteurized)

Apparently since then they don't even make 16L kits anymore.

Mine looks like pic except it's some random california cab sauv. A 6 week kit.


I think my next kit will be a finer wine kit from label peelers. They ship the juice frozen so you don't get that pasteurized juice taste.
