It's a mixed bag socializing as a woman. Men are nicer to you, women are meaner. If you just want good male friendships then go ahead and transition, but you'd have to already be a successful male to have the mindset that cis women would want to be friends with, ie. the mindset of everything working out fine because privilege hands life to you on a platter, which is the mindset females and 8/10+ grow up with and will out you as neither if you don't have it.
