But why does it need one? It's effectively covered by the US. Why spend the money when they're literally in the safest place on earth? Protected on all side by the most powerful military on earth.
And that's just the military. The most heavily armed force on earth are the US citizens and we wouldn't stand for any invasion of our northern little brother.
Hell, I'd take a month off from work and drive north to shoot some chink invaders.
