Rule Change Proposals:
1) Abolish Elite rule banning them from entering for a year, as we've now reached a point where the strong Elite have grouped together to show up every odd year. Instead, Elite girls are rewarded and are auto-seeded 2nd to 8th for the next tournament

2) To replace E8 rule, introduce one of the following rules to continue a healthy rotation of entrants:
a) Literally Who Rule. (64) Round 1 losers take the year off
b) Silenced Majority Rule. Round 4 losers (8) take the year off

3) Expand qualified numbers to 192. First round is a 3-way battle, only the winner moves on so we are still down to 64 in Round 2.. If Rule 2a is introduced, the loser of the 3-way is the one who sits out next year.
