It is kinda broad. I mostly use the term DID because of Muumuu and he does both bondage and peril. In Pixiv there is also a term that translates as heroine pinch or heroine in trouble, which covers girls being captured, fucked, in danger; kinda similar to ryona but with less direct violence and a stronger emphasis on bondage and distress.

Machine bondage is in a weird middle point, like the game I mentioned before is tagged as ryona, but I like the bdsm stuff, but I am not really into the ultra violence, although I have grown completely desensitized to it. The artstyle and animation are also really fucking good. Godletter is mostly bondage, but I like how he degrades women so much.

There is not a lot of artists who only do peril. Most are either bondage artists that make peril images, or ryona artists who do less extreme images from time to time. ElijahPink has drawn some great peril pics and sets, but almost everything they do is bondage. Guangmi commissions peril pics often, but most of them are meant to be bad ends.
