i'm heavily medicated and doing a lot better than i used to, but i'm a diagnosed borderline & schizoaffective and those things won't ever fully go away no matter the amount of medication / therapy they put me on. i struggle with awful mood swings that can happen pretty spontaneously and paranoia.
