ezio, kassandra, nautika (comes out in 2nd anniversary which is after AC collab ends), lucy (gets a rerun, her euphoria buff makes her strong and you get a free 6* who pairs super well with her)
euphoria rateup characters (you have a 100% chance of getting these on the first go instead of 50/50 and this guarantee resets every patch):
vila, semmelweiss (core for bloodtithe/nautika), medicine pocket, voyager, regulus, melania
standard characters you can select to roll in a rateup that comes with anniversary (all of them are really strong/core in several teams):
flutterpage, fatutu, kakania, barcarola, tuesday, recoleta
my main advice is roll for characters you like the look of most instead of the most meta/strongest so you dont feel compelled to roll for characters you dont like the look of
