22. HHS has already restricted some benefits for illegals and temp workers (such as H1Bs) via the Big Beautiful Bill. However, Biden already showed that HHS can be used extensively to crush American freedom during COVID. It's time for us to turn the tables and use it against illegals, troons, foreigners, and others. Restricting CHIP for non-citizen children is the first step. Restricting Head Start to citizens only should not only deter immigration and encourage remigration but also promote private preschool and daycare businesses. Restricting their other services such as child support enforcement, AFI, etc. has the same effect. We need to ensure that our Country is ready to have a functioning healthcare system even during pandemics which may hinder the flow of immigrant labor into the healthcare industry. HHS can also cut its support for immigrant community organizations.
23. HHS can also crack down on the healthcare industry similarly; remember how Biden used vaccine mandates against health workers? We can just ban unsanitary foreign workers from our own healthcare system then. It might need to be done piecemeal--for example, by banning only countries where we believe some unsanitary disease may be a risk--but really, as long as we ban China and India for having disgusting sanitary conditions which contributed to past epidemics including COVID such as their appalling wet markets, we have proper justifications to restrict foreign nurses etc.
24. By using "faith initiatives" to do things domestically and even abroad in order to help foreigners to do anything to improve their lives except move to the USA, we can reduce religious organizations' support for immigration, improve our own communities, ensure a stable transition to a new source of funding for American religious organizations, and impose restrictions intended to deter immigration and encourage remigration on private welfare programs in addition to federal programs.
