Doesn't seem great because we already know old DMG% stuff doesn't boost lunar damage so like the rest of Nod-Krai characters her synergy with old teammates is bad.
We don't know whether the base damage will be hp/def/atk/em, but aside from that primary stat the multipliers are Lauma's 14%, any lunar dmg% and EM. Also crit - though unless I'm forgetting someone, Lauma is also the only dendro/lunar crit buffer. She'll give Nefer +40 cv.
But honestly it all depends on how strongly she's tuned in compensation for these factors. If her teams push 120k dps then that's a strong edge over other dendro teams. If she's more like 110k in line with Flins then she's pretty filler. Flins has male debuff and strong C1 bait so I wouldn't be too surprised if Nefer lands in the 120k range. Since her synergy with existing characters is going to be bad, the meta team might just be something like her, lauma and any two random subdps that do decent damage like furina + escoffier or ineffa.
If we get more characters that buff crit stats or EM in the future, that'll provide more variety to the viable teammates that work with these new characters.
