Shared it in a prior thread but reposting the general plot beats:
>hikkikomori woman and tokusatsu otaku hates her life and wants to selfishly reinvent herself to earn praise
>sees online that alien parasites are invading and turning animals into giant monsters worldwide
>one lands in her apartment backyard
>thinks if she merges with it, she can become a giant superhero and celebrity like Ultraman
>swallows the alien whole to merge with it
>it just turns her permanently giant-sized and makes her outgrow her clothes and apartment
>gets embarassed and footage of her naked gets uploaded online
>gets captured by Japanese military and put to work in a joint-Japan-USA operation to fight the mutated kaiju animals as the lead fighter
>given a frumpy jumpsuit that makes her look like a giant janitor, very un-hero-like
>complains and cowardly tries to escape having to fight the scary beasts
>dumb luck sees her winning the fights by using the environment to her advantage
>tries to overcome her bad luck and develops as a hero as the series goes on, trying to reverse the "giant streaker" moniker that made her infamous online
Very "monster-of-the week" with a developing relationship with the MC and her military team allies, could see structure develop with a lead alien antagonist to have to fight or a rival giant lady appear.
>hikkikomori woman who was raised on Ultraman and all those other toku shows has a shit shut-in life
>wishes she could be like the heroes she worshipped as a child and reinvent herself
>little aliens that mutate animals into giant monsters arrive one day
>MC sees this on a liveleak stream and gets an idea
>she catches one of the aliens and swallows it, thinking it'll turn her into an Ultrawoman with a cool power suit
>it just makes her outgrow her shithouse empty-tennant apartment and clothes and become an 100-foot tall giant
>gets footage of her naked being uploaded to the internet en masse
>Japanese government agrees to house and clothe her on an Okinawan military base if she helps fight the mutant kaiju monsters around the world
>has to learn physical fighting and MMA from a tiny American marine soldier stationed on her base who they both later fall in love with each other
>MC's whimsical Ultraman tokustasu fantasy gets torn down brick by brick as she has to fight real monsters with no powers and the job starts to feel like a shit 7-to-6 IRL job
Something like that, deconstruction giant hero show, but not too overtly cynical, gets more hopeful and human as it goes on. MC is just tired and overwhelmed, but slowly comes out of her shell as it goes.

It's all about her reaction that does it for me - the sheer look of confusion, embarrassment, and terror on her face as she suddenly becomes the center of attention for an entire city. She'll try, but she can't hide her body from thousands of cameras and millions of eyes.
