Despite being included in the anniversary collection from years ago, I can totally see Capcom excluding most of the Elena art if they re-release 2nd Impact or 3rd Strike as part of a Third Capcom Fighting Collection, they already go out of their way to cover up Felicia in all the new art they make for the extras
