This arc pretty much confirms that, 1.x had jué predicting the future, 2.x had the priestesses and raguna's prophecies, so it's not a one off thing. Rover was possibly not the void before starting over, which is probably related to abby since he also does things no one else has ever seen and didn't exist previously.
