Also you should keep in mind less than like 3% of americans fought in the revolutionary war and it wouldn't take many americans to take back the country in the first place. Most people just sit it out and follow whoever is in charge. The white population in america won't be that low either it's still roughly 50/50.

Won't say it's my type of game but you really can't put yourself in the shoes of someone back then and see why it was good? It's basically a precursor to bioshock and has one of if not the best atmospheres in any game back then.
