Genuinely curious, but why is IDW so divisive? I've been a lifelong Sonic fan and if anything, IDW just made me angry at how underutilized some of these characters were in the game.
Only things I disliked were
>Shadow being a retard due to Sega mandates (to the point that even Rouge calls him out on being out of character)
>Tangle's "You're just as bad if you kill them" speech that lets Mimic escape the first time
>Super Neo Metal Sonic evolving into Master Overlord somehow turned out to be a downgrade.
Other than that I've been enjoying it, even the new characters. Surge and the two radio dudes are my favorites newcomers.
