Nah 2H tanking is not good at all, but being arm with sweeping strike is the most optimal way to do 99% of every dungeon, not raids
You have to switch to a shield on some bosses that hits hard but that's about it
I'm only deep prot right now because I lack gears, deep prot is the most optimal for raiding BUT it is not really that useful outside of raiding
Right now I'm mostly gearing myself up to "smurf" dungeons to help a few friends by speedrunning those dungeons as an arm warrior

Fury for solo content
