I love LotM and I think the adaptation was beautiful, but jesus christ even if all else was perfect, I'd have to deduct at LEAST 2 points for that pacing and the decision to cram 206 chapters into 13 episodes, and I don't think it was perfect.
In my opinion, the best this season can reasonably be is an 8/10 because of the pacing, anything more and you might be deluding yourself.
