Yes and? They represent some faction within the elite of the US. While I doubt that any faction has my interests to heart some factions are better than others. For example I rather live in Florida instead of California, both are bad but one is less bad.
People on the right have no real power but if a faction is willing to give you taste, for a price, people have to decide if the price is worth it.
