Well, to get to act 3 you have to do pretty much every available sidequest which can range from quick to fucking tedious. Then when you get into act 3 you have to go to and fight a bunch of bosses that are gatekept by other bosses that could also be kind of difficult.

Beating Silk Grandma isn't actually beating the game. This is a trap people keep falling into, but despite the credit roll it quite literally isn't beating the game. Like you miss out on an entire 3rd act with enemy changes and all this other shit.
