Also, granting the provision to get a prohib licence if you are not a business or grandfathered in. Again the laws are meaningless when Super Safety’s, FRT’s and auto seats exist. Friend of mine just bought an FRT for his Taurus, it can hypothetically fire up to 1900 RPM with it.
