pic related doesn't show it, but the vine and chair/table are actually fine. it was the block in the middle holding back the honey that was a problem. once i removed that, it was valid housing

as long as the platforms don't completely cut the house in half it seems to be fine

what's weird is that if i replace the solid blocks with a door, then it becomes invalid
