Not looking for the eternal “revolvers are reliable, autos have more capacity” circlejerk. We all know that song, it’s been played to death.

I’m asking on a personal level: why YOU carry what you carry.
What’s the one thing that made you choose it for EDC?
Could be practical (capacity, caliber, weight, concealment) or personal (nostalgia, aesthetics, “feels cool in my hand”). No wrong answers here.

For example: I pocket carry a Chiappa Rhino 20DS. My main reason? Caliber choice. That’s it.

I just want to hear what makes someone pick a Glock over a Colt Detective Special, or a wheelgun over a polymer wonder, etc.
