As I recover from my anemia I decided to keep trying other stuff to boost neuroplasticity
So i need to train myself to react to DI by sounds.

This I done before but now I will add something extra: I will hypnotize myself by using lateral eye movement before sleeping to make sure it goes directly into my subconscious

this is used for therapy to repurpose trauma so in theory it should also work to boost episodic memory which is the memory of the etc etc
