Also, you still need to vote if you're staying in the undercity or fighting your way out before (attempting to) tweaking on hard drugs and streaking because those two options dictate where the tweaking will go (if you unironically do this)

He will not only let you leave but treat you to Hamhampangpang if, and only if, you choose a faction for all twelve Sinners to get an ID for on a single event banner. It can be any faction but it won't be high power level, so A Corp would only give low level employees or clerks. Lob Corp doesn't count as all twelve Sinners need a new ID at the same time.
