Speaking of Spikey, which abrasive "Late Stage" filmmaker styles do you guys enjoy? I liked Clint's Richard Jewell, Shyamalan's Trap, David Lynch's The Return and all of Crone's joints Post-Cosmopolis more than their "prime" offerings. There's something about someone's transition into an old fart that causes him to whittle down his style to the vital firmament. The autism of which is overpowering at times. They are an acquired taste for sure.
