I saw SigBird play one waaay back in the day. Jets doesn't do the hardcore sim ones but she plays fun games with planes and robots that fly. If you checked /tactical/ you could probably come across some chuubas who know how to fly planes. Arianna Foxton is my favorite in that regard since people like Eepy and Leaflit are far less /tactical/ nowadays. Hell, one of the /tactical/ chuubas is literally a plane. Also the last random suggestion I'd throw out is Etalyx did one of the best Microsoft Flight Simulator streams I've ever seen. Bro had all the peripherals and did all kinds of different flights, including the ones most streamers would consider too boring to attempt like transatlantic flights in a 737.
