the mangagamer release supposedly has a patch for a 'streamer mode' that puts a dummy image in to replace every H CG, but if you're worried about a spouse seeing you play it you'd also want to worry about the text describing bad shit happening or even the sprites/portraits being kinda slutty for some characters.
