Okay i have follow Luxury Problem

I need to get rid of 70 Pulls for the Vivian Skin.
I am already 30 Pulls in the Weaponbanner and i dont want to get spooked by Lucias Weapon.
I mean Soft Pity begins at 75 and the rates are under 1%.
Just don`t pick up the Phone, i guess?
