I went by how I feel after I finish, after 2 minute cooldown I felt pretty good.

I've only been going once a week. I do a lot of hiking etc. If I say hike a lot and do other cardio and only run once a week, doesnt it make sense to just run as fast as I can at that time?
Went hiking on monday. 700 meter base to a 2.5km tall mountain, doesn't this kind of serve the purpose of a slow run if I am walking uphill fast? I've been hiking a lot over the year thats why I think my time is "okay" for never having run before.
