This honey is different than the other, not to mention the process to squeeze it, instead of the usual way that European honey bees, these bees use small wax "jugs" full of honey, so you open the box, cut them out and squeeze through a type of cloth.
You have to keep the honey on the refrigerator because if you keep it outside the taste gets quite bitter, I would imagine making beer with it would have a weird taste.
