No kings is run and organized nationwide by the 501c4 org Indivisible.
Indivisible has been around since 2016 and has supported far left protest organization in the US since its inception.

It gets interesting when you look at the funding sources for Indivisible. As of 2023 they've received over $14 million dollars directly from the Tides Foundation.
This is where it gets interesting. The Tides Foundation operates as a way to wash and hide democrat funds used for any political purpose the party deems necessary. (Think BLM riots, ACLU donations, etc). Essentially democrats and unknown others can donate to Tides, direct them to how to disperse the money, and then Tides can give it directly without linking that money directly to the donor.
Tides Foundation has approximately $1.2 billion of cash ready to deploy for events like No Kings and other bullshit they deem necessary in 2025.

So when you wonder where shit like this gets funding for organization and permits and paid stooges and lawyers, it comes from anonymous donors that may not even be american, who wash their funds through a dark pool organization. One of the biggest public donors to the Tides Foundation is Soro's Open Society Foundations.

This is an oversimplification since they actually try to spider web the funds through various types of tax exempt and political action funds.

Just something to think about.
