It's been like that since forever. I can respect the idea of getting all game systems in place before doing the actual gameplay part, but Accidental Woman has been claiming to actually be a game (and collecting $ for it) for way too long. Trying to play it feels like you're drowning in minutiae. Why are there so many numbers on the underwear I can buy, and are ANY of them important/ignorable? Repeat for each game system you come across.
AW honestly feels like making a character, watching said character move through a scripted cutscene, then getting dropped into an open world with "this area is still under construction" in every direction.
