All you have to do at this stage is keep your diet in check so you don't get too fat and not drink too much and you will look like a god compared to the average guy in his early 20's just getting started. Also don't fap too much because bitches can smell that. There is no substitute for consistency and dedication. The body you get from years and years in the gym cannot be obtained any other way.
