the atlas is an example of their iterative design. they will change things until they feel like they got it right, that is a good thing.
the two team structure wasn't good because it wasted resources and caused unnecessary crunch periods, that is a bad thing.
current poe 1 is fine for what it is, after expedition/scourge everything is just free loot explosions and expedited minmax. it's fun for a week.
