Tzeentch already has gors, I'd give them mutated dregs as the bottom tier, humans and tzangors melted together into little exploding chaff. Knights would be tzeentch knights on disc, Tzeentch knights on foot (I don't know if I'd do fully armored, maybe something more along the lines of the 2e stormcast with the exposed arms and robes over the armor), rotswords would be the cairic acolytes. I'm not sure who would be a mortal hero for Tzeentch since I don't know if Tzeentch keeps his guys around like Nurgle does, I wanna say blue scribes but they're not mortals.
Cankerborn and Blight Templars, Cankerborn could be turbo mutated smart spawn, would be funny to have them be someone kinda mutating into a lord of change or something. If nurgle is more about folk horror tzeentch could be about mutations and scholarly elements, I'd imagine little floating spell books or tendrils and energy coming off of these guys.
