Lucifer and Samael seem pretty nuanced and complex in regards to being evil.

Yet, Satan is completely evil and chaotic. Laughs like a maniac while doing cartoonishly evil things.

Why are Samael and Lucifer able to walk around freely in the world of the living yet Satan is bound to hell and unable to terrorize the world of the living as he really wants?

Genuine question btw, not sure why Satan is so powerful but unable to occupy the world.

Also, how are the family reunions?
