You are running too many races. You also need to know when resting is better than wit training with no wit rainbows - generally rest when the trainings are bad (single rainbow) and you are 50% HP or under and there is no rainbow on wit.
Also drop finemo for an MLB SR if you have one, she's really bad at 0LB.

I watched that video too and the no overtake zone does track with what I've seen, but there is still a good chunk of the track between the end of the groundwork zone and the start of corner 3. Pic related reliably beats 1000 power 400 wit smart falcon so wit IS important.
