You definitely should watch s1 first since s2 is looking to be directly dealing with things that happened in s1.

Technically you should watch The Suicide Squad > Peacemaker s1 > Creature Commandos > Superman > Peacemaker s2 but you can easily figure out what's going on before and in between seasons from context so you don't really need to.
