at ~25 when I lived by myself and I got my first fully WFH job, I started ordering take out for almost every meal on top of drinking plenty of soda + energy drinks. the convenience of it and the fact that there was no one to impose structure on me contributed to it. I got up to 250 lbs in like a year, now I'm back down to 180, but I know first hand how fast it happens. I deleted skip and Uber, never installing that garbage again.
