Unironically?
We need to have a tradition in high school where for one day in 11th or 12th grade everyone goes to school dressed as the opposite sex, with appropriate clothes and pronouns. It would fix a lot of bitterness women have for men and men have for women if everyone had a small amount of experience in the shoes of the other half.
But obviously you could never do something like this in the current political environment because muh trans, muh grooming. I don't even care how you feel about trannies but I legit think everyone should experience living as the opposite sex at least once and everyone would be healthier and more empathetic for it.
