From personal experience, the Orthodox side of Christianity uses such metallic decorative items during liturgy. In order to receive the holy communion, one must have confessed one's sins to a priest, fasted properly on the traditional fasting days, and otherwise not have done wrong. Breaking the law is having done wrong, which would is considered a sin. Additionally, one must be baptized properly to receive the Eucharist. There are a few things that go into it in the Orthodox Rite, not as much as the Catholic Rite.

There are multiple references in the Gospels to obey human law while upholding Christ's message.
These false priests just randomly attempting to go into a detention facility under the guise of dispensing the body and blood of Christ, is a lie in itself. First, they are not to go out looking to give the Communion. The worthy come up to ask for it. Second, the outrageous idea of going to the facility without first being asked to by some nigger Orthodox, and making sure they are correct for communion, is sacrilege. Ideally these so-called priests should be disrobed, and tarred and feathered publicly.
We know why these things are....
