How the fuck has GW managed to update the other marine chapters so well, but then completely drop the ball when it comes to the Blood Angels?

My only explanation and copium is that the current update BAngels got is a mere stop gap, but even then you'd still expect them do better work on it. It feels like an intern sculpted the Sanguinary Guard.
