I would have thought that censors had more problem with sexual fanservice and violence than "broken" characters, especially for such a short scene in Puniru but so far they fanservice censorship has been really inconsistent and they've mostly been able to get away with stuff or sometimes do things raunchier than the manga like the dick joke at the nurse office
