I'd say her main issue is about people criticizing her behavior and lifestyle, which causes her to have outbursts and meltdowns combined with poor coping mechanisms and either not caring at all or caring way too much about things, with no in-between.
I'd also add some degree of abandonment issues to the mix too, from her first band abandoning her ass for being too autistic.
