Going back to an earlier claim:

This is false as parent runs are a thing, and some SSRs are used for their event chain as to provide a higher chance to create white sparks not to mention we'll have ones such as 0LB Falcon who now gets you groundwork on the first event or Turbo who gets you EVENT CHAIN ENDED.
