There was a bug causing all unused P power to become 0 after the event ended, making them unusable despite their intended expiry being the end of the day. As such, the results for this round are still pending until they can investigate what happened, give back any unused P power, and let them use them up.

Based off some screenshots near the end, Girly and Charming were pretty neck in neck.
