I actually used to be as fat as that guy. He is probably around 180kg. Thank god I lost all that weight and now weigh 80kg all on my own without Ozempic or Stomach surgery. Feels also good to have my excess skin removed from my belly. Thank god I didn't have any man boobs and I actually look lean.
