>very fucked. not driving as an adult male unfortunately adds a big L on your forehead, in most people's eyes.
You're right, but the really fucked up thing is that had I been born into a wealthier family, somebody could've just bought me a car when I turned 16, and they wouldn't have been paranoid at the thought of me having a minor collision within my first few years of driving, with such an event potentially being the end of the world for the entire family financially. I'd be doing pretty well today, even with my mental illness, if I were a trust fund kid.

>and learn to fix it yourself.
I'm much more familiar with fixing cars than over 90% of normies. I've replaced fuel injectors and a radiator before, and I'm very familiar with the diagnostic process and even bought a digital shop manual that works for the volvos my dad owns. When you're poor, you can't afford to take your shitbox to the mechanic every time, aside from diagnostics when you can't do that yourself.
Low Back Pain Benching
Often times when I bench with an arch, I get unusual pain in my lower back. Whenever this happens, I pretty much stop flat benching. (This doesn't happen on incline due to no arching or leg drive, which, from my experience, is just there to maintain your arch.) There was a time in 2020 where I hurt my lower back so much, I randomly couldn't even stand up. I was in so much pain. Of course, the doctors thought I was bullshitting and didn't prescribe me any pain medicine. This was from doing lots of flat benching with an arch at my home gym during covid. I'm so glad I've stocked up on 7OH for emergencies.
